Not a whole lot of change for me. Other than the loss of a
relationship I'd put a lot of time and effort into. The girls
are in their first year of high school. The youngest has been
suffering from severe migraines, so we've been dealing with
that. Oldest is old enough to get her learner's permit but she
doesn't seem to be in a hurry so I'm not rushing her. Hell it
gives me longer to save for a car. On the job front, I'm still
working at the brewery. Been there almost eleven years now and
finally going to dayshift in January. Looking forward to
sleeping at night and getting to live a normal life. Really
wanting to get back into making my customs and I think I'll have
more time to focus on it if I'm on dayshift. Pretty much quit
cold turkey on the comic collection. When DC quit me I quit
them. Fuck them and their nU bullshit. I set up a facebook
page called DC Fans in Exile as a place for me and others to
vent our frustrations over the reboot. I've really missed the
Doosh since it imploded and just haven't managed to feel at home
at other places. I'm hoping we can really make a go of this
place and get that old loving feeling back. (que the Righteous
Brothers.)

Working hard as usual. As a retail manager, this is my busy
time of year. Some of you know that I dealt with a very
traumatic time in July and August that caused an upheaval in my
life which I am still dealing with. Have started making peace
with my father after 3 years and am only picking up Aquaman and
JLA right now from the NU 52.
I am starting to get back into customizing again and it helps
me to relax quite a bit.

Hello All,
The wonderfull World of BoosterGold has been interesting since I
kind of disappeared, so here goes:
I officially retired the Booster outfits, switching instead to
scarves and bowties, and still tie travel, but it was a needed
change, that was a while ago, though and I bet most of you knew.
I have been working in the professional world of Theatre, and
was promoted to the position of Assistant to the Costume Shop
Manager, so I am the Dwight Schrute of the Theatre.
I recently started a long distance relationship with a lady in
Tennessee, so I have been doing a lot of travelling, that is an
amazing story of fate, so I will have to tell you if you are
interested, but it does mean that I have been doing a lot of
driving in Bessie (my car)
It is good to be back with you guys
And Stars, I still need to mail comics to you, I haven't
forgotten

Howdy lads,
Great to see some old faces again. I feel like we're spread all
over the 'net. Wasn't sure if I should go with the usual handle
or "Supreme Warlord of the Universe" which might make you guys
more comfortable?
Not much new for me. Still working for the Aussie Government.
Still reading comics, Still buying toys and statues. Still sexy
as hell.
I've recently started playing with moulding and casting. Have
already done several heads and feet for some customs. Hot as
fuck here though so it's hard when it's humid.

Ahhh....jeez. Is that our first "Best out of context quote"?
Anyhoo, it's been hitting 35c here (95F) which is not unusual
for this time of year, but it's been raining too. The silicon
and resin do not like it at all.

ok , life , has been interesting this year my son Gregory has
shot a movie called Bread Thieves coming out in Feb.

my daughter Gillian has turned 18 and has moved to Saskatchewan
to save money for school , leaving my wife and I alone together
for the first time in 25 years , dating can recommence! ;D

summer was perfect , lots of warm weather , golf and camping. :)
then of course summer ended , the dog blew out her knee (she's
15) and that cost a little money , she's still kicking by the
way ...and work had it ups and downs till about last week , of
course now it's nuts...
We put the house up for sale a few months back so I packed away
my customs and haven't really touched it , think I'm getting
stir crazy from that , but my work room is currently a storage
room , so no customs , while DC has basically killed my interest
in comics , only collect Nightwing right now , work eat sleep is
my life right now , can't wait for Christmas....the bills are
getting paid , the kids are healthy , life is pretty good...
For me personally , I constantly mull over things I want to get
back into , the things I enjoy (dancing with the wife ;) ,
drawing and customizing , working on my Mustangs and my golf
game) as well as improving my health (the frustration factor in
trying to exercise , getting hurt and having to start over while
not losing any weight is driving me crazy , I'm sick of it) and
maybe even a career change , as when we sell the house , we'll
be moving halfway across Canada.
I'll be 50 years old in 14 days (couple days after Jack I think)
and I'm just thinking about how I plan to enjoy the rest of my
life , guess it's about time ;)
really glad to see you guys ;D....
