       Reinstating an old Law that called upon the Conclave to decide
       on the Headmaster for each school. And so, Part of the time, the
       Conclave conducts an interview process to make their selections
       known. There is a clear imbalance that Lady Selene tried to
       rectify with the Black Robe being so underrepresented in the
       education process. Master Karnea has vowed to equalize the
       numbers a bit more. She understands she must move slowly and not
       force it upon the populace. She suggests the schools in Flotsam
       and Nordmaar. She is planting seeds for the future.
       As for Lady Coryn, she is overseeing the greatest influx of
       school openings across Solamnia since long before the Days of
       the Kigpriests. Filling all of the positions is difficult, she
       is finding.
       For the Highmage, Jenna is doing her part to seed Kharolis and
       Abanasinia with schools to see if she can change opinions for
       the better. It is she who has opened schools in Haven and
       Solace.
