       Wizards Conclave of 421 AC-
       Membership in the Conclave of Wizards, the governing body of the
       Orders of High Sorcery, is generally understood to be a lifetime
       appointment.
       However, there are nuances to this:
       Demonstrated Loyalty: Members are expected to demonstrate
       unwavering loyalty to the Orders and the advancement of magic,
       often requiring them to set aside prior political or national
       loyalties.
       
       Exceptional Circumstances: While rare, it is possible for a
       Conclave member to step down from their position. This might
       occur due to personal reasons, a change in alignment, or other
       extraordinary circumstances.
       
       Removal from Office: It's implied, though not explicitly stated
       as a common occurrence, that members could be removed if they
       violate the fundamental principles of the Orders or actively
       work against the betterment of magic. The Conclave has the
       authority to make judgements that are binding upon all three
       Orders.
       Therefore, while the length of duty is generally for life, it's
       not absolutely set in stone and can be affected by individual
       choices and the overarching needs of the Orders of High Sorcery
