Gods Return
421 AC Wydara is hired on a Mission to go back to Nethosak
(Lycanos). On the Island of Mithas as a Protector and guide, she
takes with her a rudis, a wooden gladius sword received by
Wydara, the gladiator who achieved earning her freedom by right
or retirement. It was carried with her as proof of her accent
from slavery.
Rewarded for her part in the Mission by Karnea. Given far beyond
what she ever expected in terms of compensation. Wydara is
comfortable doing anything she wants now.
In 426 AC, Wydara travels with Talidaar and his family to Khur
to support the United Elven Nation outside of Khuri-Khan, and
travels with the elves to the Valley of Inath-Wakenti. Warriors
had already left to reclaim Qualinesti, but Talidaar and his
family stayed in the valley, so she stayed as well. She had a
tree-shaded house near her brother and his family, but far
enough away that she had time to herself. Once everything was
settled with the Valley, the Valley became like a utopia, a
resting place for weary souls. This period would be the most
peaceful she had ever felt. She met someone, an Elf. It caught
her quite by surprise. But it was over before it even began. She
guesses that she was too hard for him; she had to become hard to
survive… No amount of peace can change that. But she does feel a
renewed sense of spirit and vigor, and a bit of restlessness.
In 428 AC, Wydara comes back early and travels back to Tarsis,
finds she has been sought after by different Cities wanting her
to open a training school for the Games. Wydara visited
different locations but settled on The Capital of Northern
Ergoth. She soon found that that decision had its ups and downs.
429 AC Wydara is one hundred and seventy-four years of age
