The Process

I realize AD&D 2nd edition is 30 years or closer to 40. I adapt
things from later editions, sift through the good, the bad and
the terrible, and use what is best and makes sense. Thaco is
still backward, but when you join, you will see the charts I
have posted. It is complex, but I have all the data needed to
play the game on the site.
We get in contact with each other via whatever means are
acceptable.
Once we have ability Scores, an Ancestry Race, a Class, and
potentially a Kit
I try to walk through the process of rolling up characters and
talk through what we need or what would be great, but also what
you want. I have a vested interest in where the character lands
in what region to begin with. I usually don't insist on
1st-level characters, though I am interested in a logical
prologue to the game. In this Prologue, it will at least go to
3rd Level. After that, we will see what we go up to depending on
experience and level of knowledge of the world. Usually 10th
Level, but it depends on the gamer.
I plot and plan, and We Game on Discord, which does not have to
be visual, I do not usually run my visual camera. But we can if
we want to. If that helps. The Game Sessions Last an Hour or at
the most Two. I try to keep things tight. Just sometimes, combat
extends game time or cuts it in half, and we continue from where
we stopped.
The game may be every 3-4 weeks, or whatever the schedule turns
out to be.
I take what I wrote for the chapter and run you through a game
session based on those notes, and I try to write down notes on
what happened in the game and combine everything together in a
halfway passable story to record the events of the session. It's
a lot of work, but I get to flex my creative muscles.
