Grand Empress Zeva Lisset d'Janikar; The Greysword, General of

Zeva's appearance. She is 5'7" Hair color(?) and developed a
built frame from her time of slavery to conquest. Zeva maintains
her skills as best as she can while ruling her Empire. She has
to put in the time and effort to keep her edge.
Two swords are associated with Zeva
One, a Bastard Sword, intelligent-The Greysword, if drawn it
must be sated with blood before you can put it back in its hilt.
Her Intelligent Sword hangs in her room, above her bed.
The other is a magical Longsword and is her primary weapon.
Zeva was born on Soreel. Zeva's older brother Jonivar was in
league with a new Queen who was rising in political prominence.
After her brother conspired to have their parents killed, Zeva
found out about it. He did get to poison them ultimately and
went off on the run with Zeva and her sister in tow. Escaping on
spelljammers and eventually they found themselves on Krynn, in
the Khur region. The Spelljammer had been captured and
confiscated by minotaurs. They were sold into slavery, and only
Jonivar was released to prove his worth to the tribe.
Her brother escaped one night and it was taken out on the
sister. Soon Zeva's sister and her were separated into different
tribes. years pass until Zeva kills her tormentor and escapes
and searches out where her sister could be. She has so much
seething hate for her brother, that she swears revenge.
The God Sargonnas hears her and bargains with her for her help
on a mission, for his help in return.

Unmatched in loyalty, trained in etiquette, protective defence,
assassination, and other vital duties, such as quick change,
makeup, and disguise, and an eye for fashion, or whatever else
the Empress needs of them.

Imperial Security Directorate

The Empress's Hand, Duke Mormont, the Head of Grand Empress
Zeva's Imperial Government, and all the Imperial Apparatus that
entails. A lofty title to be sure, for the former Commandant of
the Imperial Military Academy, and the former Governor-General
of the Wolverines in his professional military career. He is a
veteran of many of the great last battles of the Conquest. He
was a junior officer in those days, but moved up in position
under the careful study of his leaders and soon became the
senior officer. He is one of the few of the old guard who are
still active in the government. He has been loyal through and
through, having served as Zeva's minister of defense, minister
of finance, and her chief ambassador in his post-active-duty
service. He proved his mettle in each position and was a natural
choice for Hand after Zeck passed away. What was most important
to Zeva was that Mormont had Zeke's blessing and was proud of
Mormont's rise.
Seneschal Emil manages the Empress's Household and is in charge
of domestic arrangements and the administration of servants,
which, particularly, meant the seneschal might oversee hundreds
of laborers, servants, and their associated responsibilities.
The Lord Chamberlain of the Household, Hadrin Lockhart's office,
is in charge of organising all ceremonial activities such as
parties, balls, state visits, royal weddings, royal travel, as
well as the ceremony around the awarding of honours.

Praetor Sian Kasdan, Master of the Imperial Pretorian Guard, is
the fifth Pretorian Master during the Reign of the Saint. They
are officially designated as 1st Brigade, 1st Imperial Special
Forces Group; the Praetorians are the Imperial Household Guard.
Organizationally attached to the Special Warfare and
Intelligence Center, the Praetorians operate outside the normal
military chain of command. While a brigade would normally be
commanded by a Lieutenant Colonel, the Praetorians are instead
led by a full Colonel, who reports directly to the Empress. By
Imperial Decree, no other military commander in the Empire may
give orders to the Brigade. By the same Decree, the commander of
the Brigade is given the official title of ‘Praetor’.
Empress's Handmaidens: An even number of ten girls serve the
Grand Empress. These girls were all trained at the Special
Warfare and Intelligence Center
