Casual roleplay thread?

We are a busy lot, and sometimes don't want to get into a
full-blown roleplay. So, what if we just have a casual roleplay
thread? A non-turn-based, town-centered roleplay where we can
either make up our own stories or interact with others. A place,
where, if we get tired of a character, they can quietly slip out
of town. Something large and wide, where we can make up our
area.
I still vote Kvatch because, since it was destroyed in Oblivion
and rivaled the IC in size and tourism, we can make our own
inns, town attractions, make up guild members, and it beats the
regular old "and they all met in a tavern..."
Because sometimes, a character of mine has absolutely no reason
to be caught in a tavern, or has no reason to be anywhere BUT
the Mages Guild, or the Arena.
The same rules would apply, free-flowing, non-DM run setting.
Any takers?

Yeah, the wobby goblet was a disaster to say the least bit
that's because everyone lashed out at each other.

I thought the Goblet was a huge success? Though chances are that
after a long time things get stagnated and people become bored
and frustrated.
Maybe IŽll join in too with Lothran :)

The Goblet was great, at first, until things got too tense in a
roleplay that stemmed off from it. Then it didnt feel the same,
and posts got further and further apart.

Not sure what to call it, and I can start it. Any thoughts?
It'll take place about fifteen to twenty years after the
oblivion crisis.
