I happened to discover the low cost at Southpaw because I was
using it as a location for "speed runs" to get a number of the
weapon-specific challenges. And then when I was looking for
launcher ammo prices, I just fast-traveled to all the locations
I had discovered so far and found that Tundra Express had the
best deal.
Even so- "Sky Rockets in Flight" is going to take a loooooong
time. I need to get 400 long range kills with a notoriously
inaccurate weapon just to make lvl 3 of the challenge.
Sometimes being OCD is a good thing. Most times.... not so
much.

Heh, I've been trying very hard to avoid paying too much
attention to the challenges, otherwise I'm going to end up
veering off after them.
Maybe with a different character, one more rounded, probably
Axton, when I get around to him.
Until then, I'm gonna snipe everything I possibly can ;D

My husband is a challenge whore. I can't even see the tv screen
well enough to know what I'm supposed to be doing lol

Well, that's the dam section wrapped up, next stop Tundra
express.
After some rearming.
It was taking me two shots to take out those damn loaders, and
that was with a critical hit. Got W4R-D3N though, ironically
with a Hyperion sniper rifle, it did shock damage too ;D

Yeppers, McB pointed me toward the Pre-Sequel trailer.... Saw
some interesting discussion of the characters that will be
playable.
Got the Mechromancer DLC last night, will "roll one up" later
today.
Meanwhile, have been chasing the "Bunker Buster" challenge,
which is harder than it seems. Finally got it, but also got a
major amount of money from the "failures" and also moved my
Constructor kill numbers up. And died a few times... but that
kinda tends to happen anyway.

Well, got my Zer0 as far as my Siren, both now about to enter
the Fridge. Contemplating whether or not it's worth trying to
find some replacements for my Sniders. I'm not really sure it's
worth the effort, since they're only two levels lower than what
the vending machine there stocks...

Well- Zer0 died so many times looking for crumpets around
Flamerock Refuge (enough that I went from nearly 800 grand to
300 grand in respawn fees) that I took him back to do some
loot-farming.
Got a Sham shield and a Hard Unkempt Harold pistol... (Did I
fire 6 shots? Or only 5? 3? 7? Whatever).
Still chasing challenges...

Sounds like a genuine crumpocalypse ;D
Tried a couple of rounds of Bandit Slaughter before moving on.
Bloody hellish when you're relying on sniper rifles. I bailed on
the third round, those damn field rats, couldn't keep them far
back enough to snipe.
Definitely need some better sniper rifles...

Or get a sniper rifle with a bayonet.... Also, some of them
have a "burst fire when zoomed" feature. But yeah, I left round
3 until my abilities and equipment got better.
