Even with the power armour?

Yup. Tesla Armour, that unique plasma rifle, and it was useless.
I burned through an obscene amount of ammo in record time, with
a number of stimpacks to match.
It was horrible.

I got my training through Operation Anchorage, and that swanky
and gorgeous winterised T-51b armour...*Drools*...Couple that
with my obscene amount of Chinese Assault Rifles, and you've got
Arnaud (whichever incarnation of him) right there...
I really enjoyed doing the MQ, and then Broken Steel...They were
hugely enjoyable...Almost worth doing another incarnation for...
;D ...
I've never done Point Lookout or The Pitt...And I probably never
will...
I actually wound up with a case of claustrophobia doing
Mothership Zeta...I shan't be doing it ever again... ;D ...
Dammitt!!...You have actually got me wanting to do some now!!...
:D ...

Heh, I've enver done anything bar the MQ and Operation
Anchorage. I took a look at Point Lookout, and that debacle
pretty much put me off the game, I never really got back to it.

It really is an awesome game in the whole
walk/explore/find/fight/collect/sell way that I love Oblivion
for...
It does have exactly the right amount of different stuff you can
collect...And the respawn raiders are always a blast!... ;D ...

I always have the same problem with Fallout 3:
My preferred playstyle in shooters is a sniper. Precision,
efficiency, all great fun to me. The problem with Fallout 3 is
that I'm just too big an energy weapons and power armour junkie.
So I just can't get going :(

I play the same way in all these games (FO3/OB/SK)...Armour up
as high as possible...Get as strong as possible...Shoulder down,
chaaaarge and smite the foo! to death in whichever way is
quickest...Be it stabby-kill-kill or shooty-death-bang!... ;D

I do the same as you as it happens.. ;D
Canīt help it. In the beginning of any game I play I wanna get
as strong as I can as fast as I can while still playing my role
as whatever I choose it to be. I mainly, if not only, focus on
the combat skills and I donīt think thatīs a strange thing in a
game where you need to survive in a post-apocalyptic world where
people kill and never ask any questions at all. Not to mention
all the mutated monsters..
Anyway, fun game to play and collect stuff in which is my main
focus now. I collect many things like teddy bears, pre-war books
and all things Nuka :)

Awwww!!! Teddy-bears...McDaughter would be proud!!...She does
the same...
Yeah, I have a truly gigantic collection of Nuka-Colas in the
fridge thingy...I think I collect Chinese Assault Rifles more
than anything... :D ...Basically, if it's worth taking, and it's
not nailed down, I'll have it...The choice is then whether to
shove it in the desk drawer with all the other weapons; in the
cabinet downstairs by the bobblehead display thing or sell it...
;D ...

We have so much in common... ;D
WHOAA!! Holster that sawed-off, mister! :o
Thatīs another interesting thing; where we keep our collections
:) I keep all Nuka things in the fridge downstairs and all
clothings in the locker closest to it, and in the locker by the
door is where I keep all weapons and ammo. The desk is where I
keep all reading materials and the locker next to it is full of
misc stuff and most of the teddy bears are on the bed ;D

You don't put them in that big Nuka-Cola thing that's on the top
of the stairs?...Oh, right...
Nah, the fridge downstairs if for the quantum, until I get
enough to make it worth visiting that wench in Girdershade...Oh,
and any water I've found that I haven't given to the beggars
outside Megaton and Rivet City...
The weapons are always in that tiny drawer in the desk... :D
...So, you know...Half a dozen Fat-Mans...Rocket
Launchers...Like I said, a bazillion Chinese Assault rifles...
:D ...The filing cabinet next to it has all the armour
collection in it...There's at least one fully restored suit of
each armour type in there...Plus some other clothes stuff...I
think the jacket that whatsit gives you for saving his mom is in
there...
And that cabinet by the bobbleheads is where I keep all the
stuff like Blood Packs/Fingers/Pre-War books...All the stuff
that builds up that I need to take to someone else, you know?...
And that locker set next to the door is for when there's just
too much to try to sell in one go, so I just keep FT back and to
and dumping it all in there...
