The Fallout Discussion Thread...
By: McBadgere Date: April 30, 2014, 10:37 am
---------------------------------------------------------
I keep trying to think of some relevant, yet swanky titles for
these threads, but it's just possible that no-one would identify
the title with the subject, soooo...
What it says on the outside...
I'm looking forward to seeing what they do next with the
Fallout-verse...
The slight worry I have is that they actually have no idea how
to top Fallout 3, in terms of driving the story forward and
keeping the almost family-friendly gameplay experience...(The
McKids have fully embraced the game in all of it's [s]gory[/s]
glory...)...
I'm hoping that with the ever expanding size of the processors
involved in these machines that the map we have to play will be
hugerer...And with more basic, and not tied to quests, dungeon
type places...
That was something that was lacking in New Vegas, personally
speaking...Almost every place you went to, had some sort of
quest associated with it...I mean, yeah...Of course that always
happens in real life...
"I'm just off to the Spar, dear..."
"Well don't forget these three air-scrubbers for the Brotherhood
of Steel while you're there!"
I dunno...
But I absolutely love Fallout 3...
So there...

Love Fallout 3 even though it feels I´ve been playing it for too
long now :P
I agree with the Mc of B, biggerer world and non-quest dungeons
is what I want. Oh, and third-party program requirement free...

big way...I do so love my Power-Armour... ;D ...

I haven´t been able to use power armour because they hid the
training inside the MQ..

If you have the expansion Operation Anchorage, there's an
alternative route to power armour training.

No, the one time I got to PL I had Tesla Armour and energy
weapons.
And I got my arse handed to me so damn fast it was silly.
