       You can trace energies you your heart like working your way down
       the line.
       When you sense energy first clear your energy around your heart
       energy center. This also works with the third eye chakra.
       Seal your chakras from any corruption by summoning from within
       spiritual protections or by asking another guide or soul ally to
       watch over you. after summoning protection feel with the chakra
       the energy you sense.
       Then open the protected chakra to the energy with focusing and
       then meditate holding focus of the energy allow your energy
       connecting to the other energy to become more united without
       allowing anything bad to enter your chakra. Maintain the
       protection. Eventually your energy will become close enough from
       from both energies confronting eachother. There you will find
       the source or root of the energy you were looking for.
