hung out at this guy\'s place for a little bit on memorial day
weekend. needless to say, once i saw his plate i had to get a
pic! :lol:

I was stumped at first also. But, I believe it means "Ball you
not". In other words...nat gonna do you. But of course, I may be
totally wrong. :shrug:
