       i know this song is an old one that\'s almost never
       played...does anyone know anything about the lyrics of this

       Yes, a friend of the band\'s. From what I heard I guess he isnt
       even around anymore, thus one of the many reasons why the song
       was shelved. However, think of all of the obscure friends of Tom
       Marshall and Trey that grace numerous Phish songs ie Aaron
