Ok, heres one for all you musicians. during the jam at the end
of psygn, tim is using the fifth (dominant) mode of the harmonic
minor scale. what is the name for this? although sometimes it
sounds like he\'s using a natural 7th in there which would lead
me to just call it an altered major scale (flat 2nd). but my
real question is \'what is the name of the 5th mode of the
harmonic minor?\'
edit: actually if anyone knows the names of all the modes of the
harmonic minor scale, that would be cool. i use them but i dont
know the names...

cobb, ive been playing music for almost 2 years now.. was real
excited when i figured out modes through regular major/minor
scales.. it just occurred to me that harmonic minors have modes
too.. shit i guess it just occurred to me that any scale has its
own set of modes. umm, yeah, you can call me corky.... but hell
