       So I\'m trying to quit smoking....

       I haven\'t had a cigarette since Sunday morn, and last night was
       the first time I had [I]really[/I] wanted one.  I generally have
       no problem not smoking mon-fri afternoon, but fri night thru sun
       morn gets really really hard.  So I guess what I\'m starting
       this for is to ask if anyone has any good methods (other than
       nicotine patches and gum) for avoiding smoking in a group of
       heavy smokers.  Not avoiding the smok[I]ers[/I] but avoiding the
       smok[I]ing[/I] for myself, the weekends are always when I break
       down.  I\'ll go a week without and then go to som esort of
