Anybody around these neck of the woods know anything about
fishing around the Rocky Neck (Old lyme) area of CT? the only
water i really know is out at Cape Cod....what type of fish are
down there, are their any hot spots? I\'m just trying to figure
out what type of bait i should bring with me.

As far as I know, and my knowledge is limited, Rocky Neck is on
the Sound, as is basically any saltwater fishing spot in the
state of CT for that matter. I\'ve never fished that far down
the coastline before so I am not sure how it would be at that
Park. I have fished at Hammonassett State Park in Madison
though. I assume you are boatless? Anyway, at Hammo there is a
rock formation/pier type thingy at the east end of the beach
that isn\'t all that bad for fluke and the occasional Blue
depending on the tide. At the other end of the beach/park is
Megg\'s point, I think there is a pier down there too. Megg\'s
point has been known to be a good fishing spot for fluke/blues
