       dogs and cats and humans scream
       for reasons that cannot be seen
       streets are far from squeaky clean
       and filled with angry souls that fiend
       pavement forming small ravines
       tripping up those wandering
       No way I'm sticking around for this
       So I'm leaving the metropolis
       leaving the metropolis
       stepped into a nightmare
       noticed you were right there
       eyes with penetrating stares
       watching causing quite a scare
       its hard to see the faces through the air
       breathing smog is quite unfair
       here its anybodys game
       no ones rules here stay the same
       city life is very insane
       tempting both sides of your brain
