       [[disclaimer: my conscience demands that i admit the following:
       1) this setlist is posted in list format in order to disguise
       the fact that i failed to write down which songs were in/out of
       another and which stopped and started.  what do you want from
       me?  i was just taking notes for my own viewing/learning
       pleasure. hence the names of all the artists.  2) i cheated off
