       Due to creative differences, keyboardist Matt Oestreicher and
       The Breakfast will be parting ways at the end of October.  Tim
       Palmieri will take double duty responsibilities on both guitar
       and keyboards through October 13th, with many [B]special guest
       appearances![/B]  Oestreicher will finish his run with the band
       from the 13th through October 25th in Erie, PA, and [B]RAQ
       keyboardist Todd Stoops[/B] will then take over and finish out
