       Should I go to the doctor?

       So I have been really sick for 3 days. My symptoms seem to be
       getting progressively worse. They are: stomach issues
       (pain/cramping/nausea/diarrhea), major headache, and an
       incredibly stiff and sore neck. If I don\'t keep 4 Advil in me I
       can\'t even really turn my head, and I can\'t look down at all.
       This would seem to be the flu but I have no fever, which is
       weird. I have had some dizzy spells, but I attribute those to
       being dehydrated from the shits (sorry, this is wicked gross,
       but whatever) and from being tired and stressed from being at a
