       Hello,
       Some of you know me as Raven, for this particular forum, I've
       chosen a different name. I am a practitioner of almost 2 years.
       I'm currently deepening my roots in healing and shamanic
       traditions. I'm also an avid practitioner of shadow work, which
       is examining the repressed aspects of you and incorporating and
       healing them, which is sometimes brushed off as "self help"
       which is incorrect. I've many more aspects to me, which I'll
       introduce to you all over time.
