       for complaining a player
       - its meant for if players on the server currently rdming or
       doing other bad bad stuff
       and if there arent admins online to ban him you can come on this
       tread.
       and post what he did or do.
       offcourse we need proof like pictures or video's or some conole
       text but picture is always required.
       even add some info about the player in the topic so like
       game name.
       if you have the steam id.
