       Race battle

       In this event the whole map will be used for make a race
       offcourse with cars.
       when this will happen the admin will say it and give you like a
       build time ; that means you get some time to build your own car
       up for the race.
       almost everything is allowed on the car but i will notice what
       is not allowed under this
       not allowed:
       - teleports
       - hoverballs
       - propspawners (only allowed if you make it autocleaned)
       allowed :
       - all the wire stuff that wont get out of the arena or wont
       teleport you even wont fly
       - some things you can use - forcer, grapper, igniter, guns but
       try to get without sound.
       so a short thing about the event
       - you have to start at the beginning offcourse
       you have to race 3 rounds and try to be first xD
       - the reward can be everytime difference it can be points or
       even other things like items or just hp , armor and more.
       - thats the choice of the admin.
