Commands for a 3 rank admin
!a <message> - Display a message to all online admins.
!ach <player> <achievement> - Fake someone earning an
achievement.
!arm [players] - Arm players with the default loadout.
!ban <player> [time=5] [reason] - Ban a player.
!blind [players] [1/0] - Blind a player.
!cleanup [player] - Clean up the map.
!decals - Remove all decals from the map.
!explode [players] - Explode a player.
!extinguish - Extinguish every entity in the map.
!freeze [players] [1/0] - Freeze a player.
!gag [players] [1/0] - Gag a player.
!goto [player] - Go to a player.
!ignite [players] [1/0] - Ignite a player.
!jail [players] [1/0] - Jail a player.
!kick <player> [reason] - Kick a player.
!me <action> - Represent an action.
!mute [players] [1/0] - Mute a player.
!nolimits [players] [1/0] - Disable limits for a player.
!pa <message> - Display a message to all online players as an
admin.
!pm <playersayer> <message> - Send someone a private message.
!ragdoll [players] [1/0] - Ragdoll a player.
!rocket [players] - Rocket a player.
!setjail - Set the jail position.
!slap [players] [damage] - Slap a player.
!slay [players] - Kill a player.
!speed [players] [speed] - Enable speedmode for a player.
!strip [players] - Strip a player's weapons.
!time - Returns the current time.
!tp [players] - Teleport a player.
