Going to see Mama D in the flesh on Thursday

I haven't seen her since the end of November, except for video
chats.
I'm really looking forward to seeing her in person.
Now , if only I could give her a hug and a kiss. :-*
Still, I'll take what I can get, at this point. :)

Yeah, I've been worried about Mama D ever since she moved off of
the farm, but the Covid has been particularly worrisome
considering where she lives. However, she has now received both
shots of the Pfizer vaccine, so in theory she shouldn't have to
worry about Covid, at least.

my mom fell last week due to her parkinsons... we thought she
broke her hip, bit she just chipped the femur from the fall...
or from the landing, actually... we talk pretty much daily,
from a thousand miles away, on facetime, but i doubt they値l
ever come back to florida. they went back to WV in april...

Sorry to hear that, man.
We went through a number of falling episodes with both Papa D
and Mama D. It is definitely a hazard of getting old.
I hope your mom makes a swift and complete recovery.
