Really cool pics Dave! Totally down with Delbert McClinton
too....He's a way cool piano slapper in a true Roadhouse, Bluesy
       Tradition!

I thought he was a singer/harmonica player. I need to check
YouTube. I also noticed Pam Tillis is coming. And someone
named Teri Clark (sp?). There were 3 or 4 theater style
marquees within maybe a 4 block length stretch, leading me to
wonder if Bristol was a live performance destination some time
in the past. I also wonder if it was a musical recording
destination. I would probably know the answers if I'd made it
into the museum. Or maybe Bristol was only notable for the
       origins - circa 1927.
I'll probably go back to Bristol in the future, but will plan
better and probably plan to spend at least 1 night there.
One more photo of the "Burger Bar", a popular (from the number
of people inside) classic spot. The graphic image is familiar
to me from decades ago here in Orlando on "Frisch's Big Boy".
It makes me wonder if there was some sort of "Big Boy" franchise
       license they had in common.

Looks like a good spot for a burger to me...My have been a "Big
Boy" in the past...They used to have several down here but they
are all gone now....I wasn't a fan of the burger, but they had
       good shakes and malts.
