Got the first wave of rain from TS Beta today. But it’s been a
farmers rain so far. Steady, but gentle. I can almost hear my
lawn saying, “Ahhh”.

The coast is getting the worst of it. Some flooding. Forecast
has 90 to 80% chances of rain until Thursday for us.

My cousin's daughter and family live in coastal Louisiana (not
sure where). They're saying it's not too bad, as such things go.
Just way cooler than normal temperatures here. Frost every night
for the last five. Way early for that.

It was 72 here this morning. Fall like temps for us. Won’t last
though. The ground will be good and soaked and when the sun gets
back to work it’s gonna be humid as fuck.

TS Beta is onshore and it is raining like hell here boys.
Several spots that normally flood are indeed flooded. Another 5
inches on the way.
The drought is broken though. (Weak laugh).

So far so good. Had to abandon one service call due to
impassable roads. Couple of our major waterways are leaving
their banks as I write though. Don’t anticipate Harvey level
flooding.....Yet

Well Beta moved on upstate and East and we ok for the most part.
Back to Covid normal today.

Great. Another Trop storm warning.😡 Our friends in
Louisiana have yet another hurricane coming up there worn out
and soaked souls.
But Climate Change is bullshit. Right?
