On the grill today: country-style pork ribs

Soaked in Italian dressing for 24 hours.
About 10 minutes a side, then homemade BBQ sauce applied and
glazed.
Homegrown smashed taters, boiled beans, mater and cuke slices.
Yeah, this is why I do it.

Went to the local grocery store yesterday to pick up a few
produce items I don't grow---they had a 5+lb beef tenderloin
brisket going out of date for $6.99/lb---just finished cutting
it into steaks and vacuum-sealing it in 1lb packs. Kept one out
for this afternoon. Going to harvest a few early potatoes to go
with it.
Om nom!

So---that brisket got cut up---some of the pieces are rather
small.
Hit the local Goodwill a couple days ago---got that cane I
mentioned elsewhere---also got a set of stainless grill tools.
Spatula, two-pronged fork, BIG basting brush, tongs missing (I
have others), and six nice steel kabob skewers with long enough
handles to be useful.
So the plan is to take some of these smaller brisket pieces,
some peppers (bell and jalapeno), onion, tomato, maybe even some
potato pieces---and shish kabob 'em over chunk charcoal.
