lol... no, theres an actual type of grain, an ancient wheat
known today as “spelt”... but was known as dinkel wheat...
Spelt - Wikipediaen.wikipedia.org › wiki › Spelt
Spelt (Triticum spelta; Triticum dicoccum), also known as dinkel
wheat or hulled wheat, is a species of wheat that has been
cultivated since approximately 5000 BC. Spelt was an important
staple food in parts of Europe from the Bronze Age to medieval
times.

Bro does grow wheat, but I don't believe he's ever grown spelt.
He did try a new to him wheat variety last year, but the name
escapes me at the moment. I do remember he said he was pleased
with the results, though.
In the grain drying video they are drying wheat to be sold to
the ethanol plant.
Bro's usual crop rotation includes: oats, wheat, barley, peas
and Canola.
Don't let the Canola marketing guys hear you call it rape, Dano.
;D
