Turkey!

We've been working on a lot of projects around the house during
the kerfuffle, one of which is organizing the chest freezer. Way
down in the bottom was a 14.11lb turkey we bought back
Thanksgiving time and forgot all about. It's about thawed---it
goes into the oven today with homemade whole grain/cornbread
stuffing with homegrown herbs.
How long before I'm sick of eating turkey?

Oh man me and the Lad love turkey 🦃. I bought three
whole breasts a couple of weeks ago when they were on sale. I
roast ‘em in cooking bags. Slice them up for sandwiches, then
freeze them in food saver vacuum bags. Packets of enough for 2
sandwiches.

Right on! We invested in a real heavy-duty vacuum sealer some
time ago, what a useful tool 8)
Turkey dinners, sammiches, salads---carcass will be crockpotted
for stock---not much will go to waste.
