my sister was tested for covid-19 last wednesday. she got the
results today, and she has tested positive. she's a nurse. she
looks after people with brain injuries. i'm sure she'll be ok,
but she says the last week has been the worst she has ever felt.
she says it has come in waves of aches and pains and struggled
breathing and puking. today she lost her sense of taste and
smell.
anyway, i'm sure she'll be ok, as she's young and fit and
healthy. this shit seems to creep closer every day.

Nick I’m so sorry! Your sister is a hero man. I hope her
recovery is swift and she’s back to normal soon!

thanks man. i'm sure she'll be fine. she is indeed a hero. in my
opinion she shouldn't have been working in the first place as
she's asthmatic, and 2 other nurses on her ward tested positive
a couple of weeks ago, but she's one of those people who has a
ingrained passion for caring and looking after people.
p.s. sorry i aint called recently brother. i'm busy as fuck at
the moment, and i'm not even going to work! i hope you and the
lad are good. love ya bro

she's feeling better, thanks for asking mate. she still has no
sense of smell or taste, and she's short of breath sometimes..
her partner is still waiting for his test results, and my nieces
are absolutely fine. :)

Glad to hear you guys are doing well and managing to stay
healthy.
I'm doing well, too, all things considered.
Just had a video chat with Mama D from her room in the long term
care centre.
She says they are starting to allow social distance visits
outdoors in the garden. I will call on Monday and see what the
deal is.
I haven't seen her in the flesh since March 15. It would be nice
to see her, even from 6 feet away.
