I go back to doc next Thursday to get this catheter out. Gonna
be a long week. Everything hurts and aches and have this damn
bag on me. This sucks. Pain meds ain’t cuttin it either.

ive got a little bone on bone action in my knees... once in a
great while i cant walk for a couple days but if im careful its
tolerable most days. i dont know your pain tolerances or what
not but i honestly get relief with a good cbd product... i
prefer a water based one that i was gifted while in dc last
year... it really works, and one oil based that also stopped
the pain... they also ganked my buzz (and i get good pain relief
with my current medical regimen...) so i only use the cbd when
it gets too tough. dosages are fickle and what one teeny
droplet works for one, a dropper full does for another without
apparent regard for thc usage... either way. i recommend
starting with half the recommended smallest dose and work
upwards from there. its all about how your particular system
responds and if small doses of expensive medicine works, why
start large, and possibly large isnt effective for you... it
isnt really as complicated... just trying to be concise.

full spectrum hemp elixir. im using the 250mg/1fl.oz/30ml
concentration and its relief the magic for my knees happens with
a little more than half of one dropper full.

I’d be open to trying Cbd. My belly incisions are really
bothering me today. This catheter is my bane though. Getting it
out Thursday I hope.
I have absolutely no appetite for anything thing.

I stayed until late last night watching Austin City Limits
reruns.
Had a couple of ounces of whiskey and a pain pill right before I
went to bed.
I feel pretty damn good this morning! Slept through the night
like a baby!

be careful... i used to do that... pain killers have changed
and there are some that will nail yer coffin lid down for the
mixing... ive lost two good musician friends to that
combination and im not lookin to lose another!!! im not
telling you what to do, other than please be careful... wasnt
even a lot of either drug... just bad combinations... im
tellin em, jeff... all i can do... rip
