       A fine mess

...Have you been catching any of the Impeachment hearings? In
between service calls I've been listening to them on NPR while
       driving.
Sounds to me that for all intents and purposes, Donald Trump is
       guilty of extortion.
Thing is.....It doesn't matter. The House can, and I believe,
will vote to impeach him. Then they send the charges to the
       Senate for trial.
No chance of conviction. No 20 Repub senators will vote to
       convict him.
All for naught. All this drama and hyperbole. All for nothing in
the end. There is the distinct possibility it will actually help
       him get re-elected.
Most Americans don't even know where Ukraine is. Don't
understand it's strategic importance insofar as Russia is
       concerned.
Ukraine is struggling to be a democracy. They need, and I would
say deserve our help in keeping Russia at bay.
When Russia invaded the Crimea, we should have acted, THEN. NATO
       should have acted, THEN.
Obama was President, and that was a great failure on his part.
He was a weak President when it came to foreign policy, and was
reticent to use American power. There come times when you are
face to face with a bear and you can run or fight. If you run,
maybe you live a while longer. If you fight, maybe you get hurt,
or maybe the bear runs away.
At any rate...This whole drama has been interesting. They have
the goods on him(Trump)...But the House is just the Grand Jury.
The Senate is where the thing is decided.
Moscow Mitch ain't gonna let nothin' happen to his Dear Leader.

VERY leery to make any political comments---never turns out well
       when I do.
Will say this, though---if "pro" is the opposite of "con", what
       is the opposite of "progress"?
       Yeah.
Get back to the business of representing WE, THE PEOPLE.

I respect your views. If I disagree, I will do so respectfully.

....Besides Dan'l.....It's just me and you here anymore Bro.
Since I re-opened only Bieke has stopped by. And only once.
Dudeley I guess has deserted the place. Shame. I love his Hippie
       ass.
Dinkleberg has a full plate of responsibilities with his Mom's
and the that kind of stuff.
So we can discuss or cuss about anything we like.
There's a couple of guys at HCOJ and TOOJ that would be welcome
here...Buttcrust...I like that guy. Tuco too.
But I'm ok with the usual suspects....Meaning you...Lol.

I've been meaning to stop by more often, but I'm a lazy bastard
also, very busy and genrally staying away from forums
       mostly lurking
finishing the new All Things Automatic stuff, it sounds so
polished, clean and mainstream, actually not really happy with
       the final result
going to the studio one more time to do some editing and then
       it's getting mastered
also going to the studio with Monkey Wing, my not so polished,
dirty and underground band, we're going to cut a vinyl EP
together with another old local punkband
DIY style, the studio is totally the opposite of the one All
Things Automatic used, it's dirty, ill equipped and run by
       youngsters
and I joined another band, I think one of the coolest bands I've
ever played with, mix of Velvet Underground, Pixies, Sonic
       Youth, Pavement
also an EP in the works
  HTML https://www.st-katharina.be/
oh well, life has given me a couple of serious blows in the past
       couple of months
am planning to write some songs and do another solo project, I
always do a solo thing during the winter season
politics, oh well, I don't hink it will work itself out, seems
like it's cool to be corrupt nowadays, so politics are just fine
       for China and Russia atm,
       Europe has no power whatsoever
the USA has its own problems and from where I'm sitting, it
seems like not much is getting done

im around... infrequently, but around... looking at the
festivals this year... already in the works on a few but im
thinking about more local... within a days travel and maybe
time to concentrate on a studio here... its just that the
location is perfect... but so far away from civilized folk...
loveburn in feb... tropical fun in the dead of winter... an
offer being entertained at playthink... this could be a game
changer... the permaculture crew brought me a 22 yr old
freckled curly red haired songwriter/singer/yoga instructor
irish hippy woman... a yoga teacher/dance and movement
teacher... specializes in children and physically compromised...
and an organizer/personnel/advertising and pr person... all
young, vibrant women... my assistant, the drummer and his
brother, the bassist... to help on all things physical and our
undercover planting effort soon to be implemented... to help
with the destruction we cause by travelling, we are going to
plant green growing things... indigenous to the areas... with a
vengeance! my tractor is going back to the shop today...
again... and i got a phone call today from a local studio...
need a drummer for a blues cd... in process now.. Janelle
Frost? i dunno... when it rains it pours... solar generator
being designed and installed before loveburn! thats the
       plan...

       Bieke and Dudely......
       Thanks for checking in! 8)
Sounds like both you cats have full agendas! I appreciate you
guys giving us a heads up on your very busy lives, and I wish
       you both the best! :)
All I got going on is the job and surgery in January to get this
malignant shit out of me. Keeping a positive attitude about it
       all.

being in the sound therapy business, ive seen some things... as
i believe that everything is energy... literally resonant,
vibrating energy, it comes as no surprise that this resonance
can be altered by vibrations in a near field exposure. let me
cut right to it... i saw a video of 5 tibetan monks, chanting
over a person on a table in a medical facility. filmed in
china... this was done to show in real time, a brain tumor,
inoperable area but viewable by scope, being destroyed by
sound... two leading western universities set out to dispel
this “dangerous myth” and set up similar experiments bent on
proving definitively how silly this notion is, and proved
exactly the opposite! they even tried it without the singers
being monks... yeah... still worked... they had proven that
sounds in a particular frequency could physically cause tumors
to dissolve, observable in real time. ive followed this for a
while, at first they tried single pitches... no luck... then,
some dummy thought there must have been a reason for five sound
sources...?? no shit, huh? which led to discovering that
there is a particular group of cancer cells and tissues that
dissolve when exposed to a root pitch and the 11th harmonic in
particular ranges of sound. excuse me, i said discovering when
       remembering would be more appropriate...

That's fascinating Man! As I've aged, I've become a lot more
open to homeopathic solutions to minor health issues.
You know my doctor(The MD) wants me to start taking Vitamin D
supplements...I have not taken vitamins since I was a little
kid. 'Chocks" I think. I went to the vitamin aisle at Kroger and
My Lord......Nine jillion vitamins and supplements...Who's to
know what to take? What brands to trust? They all say their safe
       and natrual....
