       Lowered the boom on my diet. Said not to bring red meat into the
       house. Says fish, dark green vegetables are what I need to eat
       to fight this cancer thing. Had a bowl of oatmeal with no sugar
       on it for breakfast. It was like a bowl of wet cement.
       Death doesn’t seem so bad after all.
