.....,boredom ensues. No calls so far. The perennial paradox.
Can’t really start doing anything else because the phone might
ring and interrupt me. So I’m sitting here watching cooking
shows. Which makes me hungry.

Watching “American Epic” on PBS. Ken Burns new exhaustive series
on the history of country music. Interesting as hell. Hope I can
get through a few episodes without the infernal phone ringing.
Edit: the deeper this series goes. Deep into the blues, deep
into Native American influences. You guys should check it out!
