Gonna have it done next Tuesday. Not happy. Didn't tell the wife
I'd been ordered to the Urologist for the consult. Now she's
scared and mad all at the same time. My psa numbers were
abnormal, but the Urologist said it doesn't necessarily mean
cancer. Then he gave me a list of foods he wants me stop
eating....Pretty much everything good. I mean I love vegetables.
And except for burgers and tacos I don't eat that much red meat.
But he was big on salmon. I am not big on salmon. It's pretty
much the only fish I do not like at all.
We're talking about a sea change in diet here fellas....And the
elimination of salt from my foods....That hurts. Real bad. No
more tuna. I love fucking tuna! More tomatoes and bell
peppers...I'm all over that though, love 'em. A list of veggies
I DO like which is good. He wants me to move towards getting my
vitamin C from veggies instead of orange juice. He wants me to
stay away from sugar. Hey I like a 6 oz. bottle of Coca Cola
sometimes!
I just hope it's enlargement and not cancer. Both my Dad and
little brother had prostate cancer.

Didn't want to pull a Mikeo on you---you know what I mean.
But yes, I can. Those months were hellish. Wouldn't wish that on
anyone, especially a good feller like you.

If you need help on diet... sounds like pretty much what I eat
most of the time...
