Yep...Running...Running over with assholes.
I'd not have posted in the thread Dano referenced, but the guy
pissed me off with what he was trying to do. Trying to trigger
Dano. there's an entire group of assholes over there that do
absolutely nothing but try to start shit with people, then their
whole sick group just piles on the target.
I have bailed on the place now. I deleted the bookmark as well.
I still lurk at HC, SSS, Electric guitars, and HCOJ...But as far
as HCOJ is concerned, I want nothing to do with Depends
whatsoever...And that makes it really hard to even be a part of
a conversation there because he feels he has to be a part of
every thread.
So I've about run out of places, or forums at least to hang.
"Guitar Forums" is a pretty nice place. I lurk there a lot but
rarely reply, and I don't think I've ever even started a thread.
It's ok though. I can talk to youse guys, and it's freeing up
time spent in front of my square headed girlfriend.

You called it 100% correctly. Reminds me of a flock of
chickens---one bird shows a weakness, the rest of the flock
pecks it to death. Pathetic. I don't need to go seeking hate and
discontent, there's plenty of that IRL. I won't be posting there
anymore. Most of those dimwits have already forgotten me and
have moved on to other chickens.
I lurk a lot of places. Mostly for amusement. Sadly, too much of
my life these days is sitting on my dead ass trying to recover
from the last 45 minutes' exertion---gotta do something to fill
that time.
If Social Security ever gets around to giving me the 2 years'
back payments they owe me, I'll have better things to do. Got at
least a dozen guitars that need parts. Got home repair projects
to get to before snow flies. Want to take Cinny on a
camping/road trip around Michigan, show her what a beautiful
place she lives in. Many projects that I can't do because I'm
broker'n'a joker.

You should have let me pay you for the Tele. What kind of parts
do you need? I've some EMG Select pickups laying about. One
Hummer, a couple of singles. A Trapeze tailpiece(Dunno where or
how I got it)...Some other stuff....

locally. Nuff said there.
What I mostly need for these partscasters is better-quality
electronic components---switches, pots, caps, &c. Also gathering
parts to build up this one-piece swamp ash P90 Strat and maybe
another oddball Tele. Looking at set-neck guitar kits---didn't
know such existed until recently.
If you want to send any unused parts along, they would be
welcome, but don't feel like you have to, or "should".
