You guys ever watch them? I’ve been watching them for a long
time. Tonight they had a repeat of the show where they returned
Aerosmith’s Van they drove to gigs before they hit the big time.
Man the years have not been kind to those guys.

I much enjoy seeing all the old stuff. Frank and Mike are
interesting characters. They find a lot of cool old stuff. I'm
sure the show is planned out, and the sites vetted before
hand...But still...It's a vast improvement over 99% of the TV
wasteland.

my grandparents went to auctions, swap meets, estate sales and
such... ive recognized items and similar situations from that
experience... i still hit yard sales once in a while, flea
markets, and the occasional auction...

I used to go to the common market in Houston. Which is just a
giant flea market. Haven’t been since I moved to Katy though.
Still hit garage sales every now and then but rarely purchase
anything. There is a giant flea market about 20 miles from me I
went to once with my brother. He was hunting parts for a car he
was building. Had a good time but found nothing I couldn’t live
without.

Don't have broadcast TV, never seen the show---but I guess they
filmed an episode right here in Holly Michigan.

[/quote]No cable, no dish, nothing. We have a TV but it's only
used to watch movies on DVDs and (yes!) VHS tapes.

You’re not missing anything, all told. By and large, tv is a
waste of time.
