Smart phone

I moved from my old dependable flip phone to a iPhone a couple
of months ago. Helluva learning curve for an old goat like me.
But I have been enjoying the fact that I can check up on the
going’s on here , from wherever I ‘m at, instead of waiting to
get home and in front of the desktop. Right now, I’m in a motor
room waiting on some refrigeration lines to pump down so I can
clean a valve in the store. Without this iPhone, I’d just be
twiddling my thumbs. :P

I'm a geezer, and I love my smartphone.
There! I said it! ;D
I'm a lifelong sci-fi fan. I've been waiting my whole life for a
computer that I can carry in my pocket.
The fact that it's a phone and it's connected to the web too is
a bonus!
P.S. I don't participate in social media except for a couple of
fora, but I still love my phone.

we're gonna stick with our flip phones for now
don't need to be connected 24/7/365---don't want to be
$30/month for 2 phones
calls, texts, sometimes Cinny goes online
currently got over 20k rollover minutes

I feel ya Dano.i held off doing it for longer than anyone I
know. But it’s come in quite handy for finding parts I need
without hanging on the phone with a parts guy.
