Been a cooking fool this weekend

Cooked fried catfish, hush puppies, corn on the cob last night.
Green salad along with that.
Started a pot of navy and pinto beans this morning. Roasting a
pork loin on the rotisserie, just put cornbread in the oven.
Still got green salad I made yesterday(made a huge bowl). Also
made a big fruit salad this morning, which we’ll all be enjoying
the next few days. Got some exceptional grapefruits yesterday.
Put one of those in the fruit salad, along with
oranges,peaches,apples,grapes,strawberries,pears, and kiwis. I
peel the fuzzy shit off the kiwis. Toss it all gently, a
teaspoon of sugar to accelerate the natural rending of fruit
sugars, and a generous splash of orange juice keeps it all fresh
for days.

Oh man, Archie's barbershop stories---Rindercella went to the
bancy fall, danced with the prandsome hince and slopped her
dripper---my mother and I laughed til we almost peed on
ourselves ;D
