Tipping one in your direction now (6AM).
I get pissed off, I get over it. Such an excitable boy!

cheers. no hard feelings on my part. these are emotionally
testing times, and there's nothing wrong with letting off a bit
of virtual steam. i apologise if you felt i was antagonising
       you.

I appreciate that. Accepted and reciprocated.
What frustrates me so badly is that the Democratic party had a
real opportunity to run a candidate that we could get behind,
with all the negativity associated with Trump, and what did we
get? Joe fucking Biden and Kamala fucking Harris.
BTW, did you hear? The orange one has the plague.

       :)
i have heard. whatever happens over the next couple of months, i
hope everything works out ok for you and my other friends on the
other side of the atlantic. i'm sure it will. i live on the
north west coast of england, and everytime i go to our nearest
beach, i look out towards the horizon and think "some of my
friends are over there somewhere", but then i remember ireland
is in the way, and i don't have any friends in ireland.
actually, i tell a lie again! i have one friend in ireland, but
i haven't heard from him in a few years. godspeed, bluebeard,
       wherever you are!

My paternal grandmother was a Clark, lowland Scots or northern
       English, not sure.

It’s absurd that in the digital age, it’s been a week, and we
are still in the process of determining who will be President.

Morning Edition (NPR) has referred to "President-elect Joe
Biden" many times in the last 15 minutes. Do they have
information that the rest of us don't have?

They are going by the near complete tabulations of the votes.
The writing is on the wall for Trump. Evidently, he doesn't
       read.

it's a pleasure to see an actual human being as potus again.
that isn't an endorsement of biden. trump and his appointees
just never acted like human beings. that's how i see it anyway.

Nothing wrong with your vision my friend. Many of us are
relieved to be rid of Trump, even if welcoming Biden with fear
       and loathing.
