if you have any friends that live in low places, see if they can
hot a Tesla. The battery out of one of those wonders would do
the job.
Kidding. Seems that what you are trying to achieve...That being
a net zero travel/performance package...Might be something that
would interest sponsorship via some green
organizations/entities. Have you considered reaching out along
those lines? Being able to travel to gigs, house yourself both
there and between while having a zero carbon footprint. This
might be an effort some would find not only intriguing, but
worth support in a number of ways. Perhaps the loan of some
equipment/panels/batteries. Perhaps funding.
Hell Jamie. put up a go fund me site Dude. I'd be happy to send
you a Franklin! Reach out! You have a good cause/mission!

the doc bronners folks seem real interested... ive been
receiving regular emails and occasionally a phone call ...
adam even bought a gong i recommended for his own use... hes
one of the lead contacts for me... their art director talks
via “zoom” with me once a week, says they love seeing me when we
talk? i agree, ive been to the burning man site, and found
some real world experiments that indicate i can do the very
thing you spoke about... it is feasible with current tech to
run start to finish on solar produced electricity... they
spoke of an art car... im going to bring the art concept
festival rig... know any really good grant writers?

I do not know any grant writers at all. We have maybe the
largest Art Car parade anywhere here in Houston though.
here's a link to their Facebook page.

You might get a networking thing going there...Mebbe get some
feedback from others on your concepts.

I'm a long time user of Dr. Bronners Peppermint Soap. I wash my
hair with it. I never really thought there were peeps behind
the oddball print on their soap bottle labels. I hope they
step forward and give you some level of sponsorship. That would
be pretty darn cool.

yes, i met the great grandson of doctor bronner last year at an
art festival. we became fast friends and i taught him a bit
about gongs... he was very interested. i had no idea who he
was at the time other than just any other art festival attendee?
adam introduced me to his family... his wife is an animal
rescue heart so the fact that my wife is a vet and we live on a
rehab/rescue certainly didnt hurt... the fact that i didnt know
who they were or want anything from them seemed to be pleasantly
foreign... he sat me down and explained their philosophy...
and made me some offers... then he gave me a hat he had been
working on since he met me... currently i have a week to
respond to an offer to play on the mall in wash dc... i need to
submit a form to be paid... i just need to ask for money and im
not goid at that. i suppose i need a business manager?
