yesterday i had a cup of dandelion root tea... very much
enjoyed it! i enjoy the flavor of coffee, but the caffeine
kills me... decaf just... something about it doesn’t sit well
with me... ?? i could do more dandelion though...

Dandelions are not native to the Western hemisphere. The seeds
were inadvertently brought here in sacks of grains brought from
Europe for cultivation here in "The New World".
The dandelions liked it here...And like white
people...Profilgated.

Once I discovered that dandelions are just about the only food
source for pollinators (bees) coming out of hibernation, I
ceased trying to eradicate them.
Planting many more food sources for them these days.

A nice alternative, to be sure.
Some houses around here have converted their lawn space into
rock garden like landscapes.
If money was no issue, I too would do this.
I've been mowing grass my whole life. What a waste of time. >:(

It was either a rich Englishman or Frenchman that decided lawns
were a good idea, especially since their servants had to keep
them trimmed.
If I had a time machine and knew whose idea it was, I'd go back
in time and kick their ass.

Cool. But if we have time machines, we can just go back and grab
clean clothes when we need a change.
