theres this fella i know that has been saying he pretty much
stopped smoking cannabis and switched to edibles... after the
inconsistency of currently available products, he appears to
have taken a different approach and procured a quantity of
kief..i think thats what he called it?.. no,,not richards...
the resin glands of the plant. properly decarboxylated, it
becomes a powder that is approx 83-87% delta-9 thc by weight,
and its 100% bioavailable just as it is! no oil! butter, heat,
no nothin’ needed but to eat it or hold it under your tongue...
or mix it in coconut oil and massage that blistered knee
joint... sprinkle it on your pizza, put it in your chicken
soup... yogurt, ice cream! ive heard he takes figs or majool
dates, fills them with 1/8th teaspoon...takes a trip and never
leaves the farm... i dont know what all this means but i think
i can googull it?

Kief is near-pure trichomes mixed with just enough vegetative
matter to make it handle-able. Trichomes are indeed the resin
glands of the plant. This is about as pure a form of the
cannabis' psychoactive properties as can be attained.
