ok, here's how I do it
there are probably other ways
I Always make sure the pics are online, pics I've posted are
either from my Facebook albums or from Imgur
Imgur is a free photo sharing portal on the interwebz, it's
intuitive and user friendly
HTML https://imgur.com/
sign up and start uploading pics in Imgur
double click the pic you want to post and click the BBCode
button, then paste the BBCode in a post here and done
from Facebook, open the pic, right click, go to properties, copy
properties and the click the photo icon in here and paste
properties in between the tags
