       Anarchy,essentially, is the rejection of Hierarchy...Or
       government as a whole. For social order to be maintained by
       voluntary association with others. So, your example of native
       cultures is a good one. Native cultures being tribal in nature,
       practicing self rule through accepted behaviors and customs
       being adhered to universally by all in the community.
       Spirituality can take many forms however. Not always good forms.
       The northern Europeans for example. All their gods were warlike.
       The Central Americans, whose Gods demanded blood sacrifice.
       Human sacrifice. Many cultures all over the globe dabbled in
       these horrific practices.
       There were also many examples of really idyllic cultures that
       evolved past those early, superstitious, belief systems, fueled
       by fears of vengeful Gods. The Nez Perce, The tribes in the
       Himalayas, in parts of India. Northern Japan, The Islands in the
       South Pacific.
       The spread of Modern technology....Has it doomed any hope for
       community like you speak of? There are so few corners of this
       planet it no longer touches/spoils.....
