nice, my sister lived in powder bluff for a while... i remember
thinking how much texas looked like florida. most of my
explorations of texas are in the north or on the other side of
west texas... el paso... a big part of my childhood was spent
in the southwest... new mexico, texas, oklahoma and arizona...

A big and formative part of my childhood was spent in West
Texas. Odessa to be precise. But we lit out around that part of
the State and New Mexico a lot. We were always a road trip
family. And campers as well.
I love New Mexico. There is so much natural beauty...So much
protected land there....

i still have relatives in odessa... aransas pass... dallas

That would some hard driving to box all those compass parts
here....Lol....
I actually took the Lad through Odessa some years back...Drove
by the Old House...Went to see Prairie Dog Town....But it wasn't
there anymore. Prairie Dog Park was...But no Prairie Dogs any
more :(
