Their 1st album for me is like a Beatles album in that each song
has a special charm. I might listen to say "Come In The Morning"
and love it. Then, whatever come next charms me just as much.
Like the Beatles. Too bad the Grape dropped the ball. They
coulda been sooo huge.
Looper was included in a reissue I got maybe 4-5 years ago. In
my mind's eye I can picture this song being a summer hit in
1968, coming from radios everywhere across the US.

That entire first album was and still is a wonder to me. The
three guitars, the bass and drums, and the harmonies were so
very tightly interwoven and executed so flawlessly. Just a
wonder. Especially given the varied guitars involved.
I could talk about every single song.....Naked if I wanted to...
