2002 American Fender Strat..Fender, in the good ol' days would
have a yearly sale on all 'murican Strat Standards.
I think it was about a hundred bucks off list price this was
$699. plus a hundred 'Fender bucks'..where you could pick a
buncha swag from the Fender catalog..I got a Fender Bar stool,(
which was selling for 89$ retail..6 packs of Fender Silver
Bullet strings, 3 collapsible Fender guitar stands in Fender
       bags, 100 assorted picks..
price included a HSC, Fender strap locks, the pictured
       strap..wipe cloth, tools, etc.
It was a great deal..I obviously chose the Maple neck..
This is fresh off a set up and string change...
       This guitar holds tune forever.

       aye aye Sir, permission granted..
but my guitars aren't anything special..I was only attempting to
round out a collection for gigs and rudimentary recording
purposes. happy to have what I have..love them all.
after all thes years..I STILL haven't purchased a decent 'meat
and potatoes' bass guitar..I have two knock offs..
I have ordered then cancelled both a Ric 4001/4003 jet-glo
and an American Fender Jazz Bass .. 2x
       sigh.. :-\

Doesn't matter what make.vintage, or model Ron...What matters is
that they are YOURS. That's what makes them important to you,
       and to us.
You savvy? Don't make me get sloppy and sentimental. I'd hate
myself in the morning..And I hate starting the day filled with
       self-loathing.
Next weekend I'm going to try to run down stock pics of all the
guitars and amps I've had over the years. Y'all have already
seen what little I have now.
