Saw that on the news this morning. I wonder what prompted the
biker to kick the car though? It sure caused a lot of other
folks a lot of grief.
Pretty rare a Motorcycle comes out on top from an argument with
a car.
Not cheering for him however....Nonetheless...Was he just loco,
or had the car fucked with him? What's the law on this Luke?
From what I see, MC rider kicks the car, then car tries to
squash MC rider against the dividing wall, then car fucks up,
rams the wall and flips another, innocent driver., possibly with
serious injuries...Definitely serious damage to said drivers
little truck....
Arrest both the MC driver and the target of his ire?
Great post by the way...

I'm afraid I wouldnt know the rules/criteria regarding that
AJ..I never made a traffic stop..
that was out of my Bailiwick..I wasnt allowed to stop anyone for
a MV violation, I had to request a local yokel Cop or a State
Police officer.
I could only attempt to stop someone if he was a fugitive or on
a felony list.

I'm outta your balliwick then. All I got is a misdemeanor
conviction for possession of a controlled substance. 34 years
ago.
Don't kick my truck. The Bimmer can't take the blowback.

yes, I realize my ' pregnant rollerskate' is definitely not a
Road Warrior vehicle...peeps pull out in front of me at the last
minute, either on purpose or because I am so low to the ground
they can't see me..
I have my headlights/Driving lights on always..
I get about the same road 'props' a Cyclist gets... >:(
good thing Bavarian Motor Works provided a big fat blasting and
bodacious horn.. :)
I hit that horn. and it's so loud, I hope It makes the other
driver leave a brown spot on their bucket seat.

Oh, I think your BMW is the epitome of cool man. Really do.
Those cars harken back to the years of all those great two seat
foreign sports cars, MG's, Truimph's, Jag's, Alfa's,
Fiat's...Yes i did think the Fiat spyder's were cool too.
Except your BMW could smoke them all with two or in some cases
three times as much Hosspower, a lot better handling, and a
helluva a lot better brakes.

yup AJ, my brothers and I had all those tempermental Brit
cars..they were cheap, easy to work on but ALWAYS breaking
down..
We used to pull engines, replace clutches, do brake jobs
overnight after coming home from an evening of partying when we
lived at home..chain hoist on the big swamp maple in the back
yard..
We lived in a nice 'hood and the nabes hated us..haha.
gave up on Brit cars after experiencing my first taste of
Teutonic splendor when I bought a rust bucket 1969 Porsche 911
with the fastest engine I ever experienced.
here's a pic of my of my dear old 61 MGA 1500,

Aw hell Luke...That MG is a beauty man...Classic lines. The
autos of my youth weren't nearly as cool as yours. Volkswagens,
Ford Falcons and Chevy Corvairs. Lessen ya count the two wheeled
numbers...Cushman's and Honda's, Yamaha's and Kawasaki's....And
a Schwinn with a Tecumseh lawn mower engine cabbaged on to
it.....Wish i had pictures...

I wish you had pics too AJ...but back in the Dark Ages when we
were young...more than likely pics were taken with an Kodak
Instamatic or a Polaroid ..
polaroid film was about 8 bucks a pack back then..mucho dinero..
we used to chip in to buy polaroid film..then share the camera
to take a nude photo of our girlfriends..
great visual aids for our favorite hobby back then ( besides
playing in a band) Spanking the Monkey,.. :)
Hey, we had Falcons, Corvairs, and the ubiquitous VWs too.
At least THEY had a backseat. ;)

One of the '61 Falcons I had was a wagon...Fold down the back
seat and plenty of room for the horizontal mambo. It was jet
black...My buddies dubbed it "The Batwagon"...
And yeah I had a Brownie, and a Polaroid Swinger...Only took
black and whites...Did take nude pics of one of my
girlfriends...She got paranoid about it and asked me to tear
them up. Told her I did......Years later, my wife at the time
found them and tore them up for her...Man I was pissed...Then
the wife got pissed that I was pissed...You know the story.
